Matt Stairs - May be on the Trading Block!?!

The Phillies are currently interested in adding an extra RH bat, which may push good ol' Stairsy onto the trading block!?

Madness I say, madness. No team coming off a World Series win should give away the guy who hit a game winning playoff homerun! Tis' madness.

You're right, it does seem weird to trade away a player that helped you get to the World Series. Where would Stairsy go? Maybe back to Toronto?

A lot of teams might want him as a bench player, I can't see him having a starting role any where. If we can get him for a bucket of balls, and Philly is willing to eat half his contract I'd take him back.
